- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead the creation, approval, and distribution of content across multiple channels.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the content calendar and campaign rollout.
- Direct the coordination, planning, and execution of expos, trade shows, and customer-facing events.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide high-impact marketing collateral, presentations, and and tools to support lead generation and sales closure.
- Manage and optimise customer databases, lead pipelines, and CRM integration.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategies, website performance, and email campaigns.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to deliver effective marketing outcomes.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage the department's budget, forecasting, and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (essential).
- 5-8 years in a middle-senior level marketing role, with proven experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, content management, and team leadership.
- Exceptional content strategy and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and SEO/SEM.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
