Mine Manager - Mining

• Oversee the life of mine plan
• Drive continuous improvement through operational excellence
• Develop, implement, and monitor production strategies, activities, plans, reports, and schedules
• Provide guidance for managing mining/plant scope
• Perform pit inspections and enhance ore body knowledge and resources
• Ensure transparent communication of progress against the plan
• Create and enforce policies and procedures to uphold mining and safety standards
• Maintain compliance with MHSA and other regulatory requirements
• Establish a strong network and manage stakeholder relations effectively
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve production targets
• Maintain discipline and manage costs efficiently
• Enhance efficiencies while prioritizing high safety standards

• National Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency.
• 10 years' experience in mining operations.
• 5 years' experience holding a 3.1 legal appointment.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Salary: R1.8milp/a - R2.0milp/a (Negotiable)
• Paid Time-Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
