- Manage a portfolio of property investments within a designated geographic area
- Oversee property acquisition, leasing, and management
- Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners and tenants
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the portfolio
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in property management and investment
- Strong knowledge of property market trends, regulations, and investment strategies
- Excellent analytical and financial skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in property management software and tools
- Valid driver's license
