- Prepare and cook any Indian dish (vegetarian and non-vegetarian), including regional and traditional varieties.
- Manage daily meal service for in-house guests: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Package and dispatch lunch meals to clients on time every afternoon.
- Plan menus, manage kitchen supplies, and maintain ingredient inventory.
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and hygienic at all times.
- Ensure guests and clients are well taken care of, offering friendly and attentive service.
- Accommodate special dietary needs and custom meal requests when required.
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Must be able to prepare a full range of Indian dishes confidently and independently.
- Willingness and ability to live on-site in Centurion for the full contract period.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organized with good time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and health safety standards.
- Experience in a guest house, lodge, or hospitality environment is advantageous.
