- Matric, coupled with a minimum 3 years or more relevant working experience in the Erathmoving Equipment or Material Handling industry is essential
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Autoline experience would be an advantage
- Own reliable transport essential
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills with customers and technicians on all levels
- Customer focused
- Good administration, organizational and time management skills
- Receiving and professionally handling customer calls and enquiries
- Communicate effectively with operational staff, customers and suppliers
- Looking up part numbers for relevant products for Technicians to complete quotations accurately and timeously
- Responsible for putting together and sending quotations timeously
- Following up on all quotations sent
- Follow up on orders to be amended
- Assisting with any parts related queries like stock shortages, alternative sourcing etc.
- Manage an effective document control and filing system for the workshop
- Maintain business relationship with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- General admin duties
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
