Our client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ a Draught Administrator to join their team on a 6 months temporary basis in Johannesburg - Isando.SkillsAdministrationAdministratorData CapturerInvoicingMS OfficeStock CountsJob Responsibilities:Ensure that callouts are opened and closed according to company standards:

Open callouts on company Enterprise.
Capture details of outlook accurately.
Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes
Log expected time of arrival of technician at outlet.
Close callouts on company Enterprise.
Analyse and close job cards processed on CallRunna.
Check accuracy of flow meter readings.
Check accuracy of glassware delivered, log reasons for non-delivery.

Ensure all weekly packs are closed and submitted accordingly:

Capture and analysis of car stock counts.
Check invoicing of stock.
Invoice callout and travel charges.
Capture stock data onto database.
Capture and analyse technician KM claims.
Analyse and close weekly reports.

Provide administrative support to the technicians for the vehicles:

Conduct weekly car inspections.
Responsible for all vehicles i.e booking of services, license disks etc.

Job Requirements:

Relevant Qualification.
Exposure within a client service environment.
1-2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer
Intermediate proficiency in Ms. Office.
Knowledge of capturing on a database would be beneficial.
