We are looking for a hungry and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to build a pipeline, generate qualified opportunities, and book demos that convert into revenue. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales Representative (preferably in SaaS), thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is motivated by exceeding targets.Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, research, and engage potential leads through outbound outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively.
- Book demos with decision-makers for Account Executives.
- Maintain active daily outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs.
- Keep accurate records of all activity and opportunities in the CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly demo and pipeline targets.
- 1–3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales Representative (SaaS preferred).
- Proven success in hitting outbound and pipeline targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- HubSpot experience required (Salesforce also acceptable).
- Self-motivated, coachable, and highly driven to succeed.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Speed-to-lead responsiveness for inbound opportunities.
- Qualified demos booked and held per month.
- Pipeline value generated and conversion rates.
- 100% CRM accuracy and daily deal updates.
- HubSpot (primary CRM; Salesforce also acceptable)
- Shared email inboxes and scheduling tools
