Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Management, or related field
1-2 years' experience in business process improvement and/or project coordination
Experience in Process Mapping and process management
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Exposure to process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, MS Power BI)
