Job DescriptionEnsure the smooth operation of equipment and systems essential for the packing plant production processes.Minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency to effectively contribute to the organization's success while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.Install, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation equipment, including sensors, transmitters, valves, and gauges.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with above good communication abilities.Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Schedules and provide training.Diagnose faults or issues in instrumentation and control systems using diagnostic tools and techniques.Configure, program, and maintain Programmable Logic ControllersEnsure proper installation of control systems, wiring, and components according to technical specifications and schematics.Train operators and other team members on proper use and maintenance of equipment.Stay updated on advancements in instrumentation and control technologies through continuous learning.Qualification & SkillsDiploma or Degree in Instrumentation/Automation, Electrical EngineeringElectrical / InstrumentationKnowledge of the Mine Health and Safety ActMinimum 10 years' experience within manufacturing.Knowledge of Palletizing, Packing and Wrapping equipmentSuitable candidates will be contacted.
