- Negotiate and manage commercial terms with clients.
- Conduct thorough, structured candidate interviews and assessments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or related field.
- Minimum of two years’ sales experience, including cold calling.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results and achieving goals.
- Highly driven, goal-orientated, and committed to continuous growth and development.
- Computer skills: MS Office Suite
