Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development by building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Source and secure high-calibre candidates within niche and scarce skills markets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and expand market share.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial terms with clients.
  • Conduct thorough, structured candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ sales experience, including cold calling.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results and achieving goals.
  • Highly driven, goal-orientated, and committed to continuous growth and development.
  • Computer skills: MS Office Suite
