1.Warranty claims-Submit claims within franchiser’s requirements
-Keep daily/monthly WIP within parameters
-Maintain up to date and accurate warranty claims register
-Check and confirm warranty parts are tagged and stored correctly
-Maintain storage and disposal of replaced parts after audit
-Follow up on all returned, rejected and unpaid warranty claims
-Responsible for overseas parts shipping
-Manage emails and all correspondence pertaining to warranty claims2.Administration-Opening and closing of job cards
-Set up quotations
-Preparing and actioning invoices
-Issuing and requesting of order numbers to and from suppliers & customers
-Filling – making sure all documents are filed neatly
-Responding to customer queries timeously
-Processing and allocating supplier invoices, maintaining register for supplier invoices3.Processes and procedures-Comply with all laws and regulations including OHS and franchise requirements
-Maintain Company policies & procedures
-Ensure that all communications are done timeouslyRequirements:Qualifications:
-Minimum:High School diploma with relevant experience.
-Ideal: Certificate in Office AdministrationSkills
– Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Time management and organizational skills.
– Attention to detail.
