Accounts Clerk - Creditors

Our national client within the Retail / Supply Chain sector is looking to appoint a Creditors Accounts Clerk for their branch in Riverfields.

Minimum requirement of Grade 12. A tertiary qualification or studying towards same will be an advantage
3 Years' experience as a creditors clerk doing the complete creditors function.
Specific experience in Expense Creditors is required while any Trade Creditors experience will be an advantage
Experience in an accounting package as well as a good working knowledge of Excel and SAP is essential
Accuracy with attention to detail is essential
Weekly payment proposal runs
System reconciliation of accounts
Statements
General supplier queries and contact with suppliers
Creditors ageing
Blocking of invoices
Sending out remittance advices
Assisting capture clerks in the Branches
General filing
Any other general admin duties
