· Operate steel rolling mills to shape steel to required specification.
· Make machine adjustments to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy
· Conduct visual and dimensional inspections throughout the rolling process
· Perform start-up, changeovers, and shutdown procedures efficiently and safely
Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and production schedules
· Strong understanding of rolling processes, material properties, and quality standards
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, gauges, and measuring tools
· Comfortable working rotating shifts
