- Coordinate and supervise all production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address any equipment issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Bachelors' Degree or Diploma in mining related field
- Opencast Blasting Certificate for Coal Mines
- 2 different types of Opencast Machine Licenses
- 2 Years' experience as a Digger/Dragline Operator or Blaster or completed Graduate Development Programme
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of mining operations and production processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and protocols.
