Job Summary Sous chef required for upmarket Lodge in Limpopo Province. Bachelors Degree in Culinary Sciences or Hospitality would be an added advantage or related qualifications required. Oversee & supervise kitchen staff. Assist with Menu planning, Inventory and management of supplies. Keep stations clean & comply with food safety standards.
