RE1 / any short-term product training will be ideal.Responsibilities:Communicating with the client regarding nature of the claimInterpreting and understanding the insurance policy wording to identify under which sections of the policy the insurance cover falls underAssisting the client with claim forms, understanding that all the information is properly inserted so that it may be submitted to the company without any prejudice to the clientFollowing up with companies as to claims progressFollowing up with service providers’ i.e assessors, building contractors, panel beaters, glass fitment centres etc.Keeping the client informed through all stages of the claimMaintaining a diary to follow up on claims that are still in progressRequirements:At least 1-5 years previous short- term insurance experienceR.E 1 regulatory exams certificate will be beneficialAny form of short-term product training will be beneficialWarm and approachableEnjoys working with people and building relationshipsAbility to work as a part of a close knit teamPrefers a family office environment over a corporatised structure
