Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels for various supplies to control costs.Requirements:Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role at a 5* property.
Drivers License: Valid license preferred.
Physical Endurance: High level of stamina required.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead and train a team effectively.
Planning: Effective rostering and expense management abilities.
