Do you enjoy guiding teams to deliver high-quality software while continuously improving processes?We're looking for a Scrum Manager who'll be at the heart of project delivery—facilitating roadmaps, sprint planning, daily scrums, and release management. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standardsRequirements & Qualifications

Tertiary degree or relevant qualification (recommended)
Scrum Master or Project Management certification (highly recommended)
Proven track record in project delivery, ideally in IT/software
Experience with capacity and utilisation planning
Valid South African Code 08 driver’s licence
Technical background and strong presentation skills (advantageous)
