We are a well-established financial company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cash & Liquidity Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for accuracy, who is eager to grow in the treasury and liquidity space.ResponsibilitiesProcess daily cash and liquidity transactions accurately and on timeMaintain updated and accurate records in treasury systems and related platformsEnsure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirementsMonitor activities to detect discrepancies or risks earlyEscalate anomalies, errors, or risks promptly to the line managerSupport resolution of issues by engaging with relevant stakeholdersPerform accurate data entry, reconciliations, and validations of liquidity dataEnsure systems are kept current and accurate at all timesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity and cash reportsProvide insights to support decision-making and enhance forecastingIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiencyContribute ideas during process improvement initiatives
RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field1-3 years' experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations (preferred)Familiarity with cash forecasting tools, liquidity systems, or treasury platforms advantageous≥ 98% of daily tasks completed on time100% compliance with policies;
1% error rate≤ 24 hours turnaround time for standard queries≥ 95% of reports delivered on time and error-free100% completion of agreed annual development planBenefits
