DescriptionJob Summary:To manage and overseeing sales and service operations within a specific geographic area.Sales● Selling products/services● Updating Data basis,● Conducting market research● Providing detailed Product/service information● Reaching sales target● Adhering to standards and guidelines● Prospecting● Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.● Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential customers.● Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.● Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics. ● Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry developments to effectively communicate value to customers.● Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the company to help improve products and services.Customer Handling● Deal with all queries relating to product information.● Building customer relationships by promoting the brand and its products● Escalating complaintsAdministration● Capturing of information diligently/precisely● Daily/weekly monthly productivity reports● Dispositioning call outcomes accurately.● Escalating queries/complaints timeouslyRequirementsMinimum Qualifications: National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progressFSCA related qualification (NQF 5 WITH 120 CREDITS)Experience: 2-3 + years Financial Services experience in customer service, External Field Sales, call centre, overachieving customersatisfaction results, data reporting , all staff management oversightand client resolution, secretarial/admin experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Customer service skillsBusiness Development SkillsField Sales skillsObjection Handling SkillsTarget DrivenConflict resolution skillsBrand developmentAttention to detail.Self-motivatedAbility to work under pressure.Interpersonal skillsCommunication skills (verbal & written)Time managementPlanning & prioritisationAdministration skillsWork LevelMid-LevelTypePermanentSalaryMarket RelatedEE PositionNoLocationWestern Cape
