Industry: Telecommunications & Printing SolutionsSalary: R10 000 – R25 000 (dependent on experience; up to R25 000 for Epson specialists)About the RoleA leading Telecommunications and Printing Solutions provider in Centurion is seeking a skilled Printer Technician to join their team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with printer installation, maintenance, and repairs, with a strong preference for those with printer expertise.However, experience with other printer brands will also be considered.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, maintain, and repair printers and related hardware/software.Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.Support clients with queries related to printers, drivers, and connectivity.Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal printer performance.Work with print management software and solutions to support client requirements.Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and completion of service calls.Requirements2–6 years’ experience as a Printer Technician.Strong knowledge of printer hardware and software (Epson preferred).Experience with print management solutions such as:Papercut, MIQ, Misoft (or similar), EPA
