Business Planning and Development – Business Analyst (x2)

• National Diploma / B-Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related.
• 3–5 years’ relevant work experience in business and system analysis.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
• Analyse data, processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and document business process models (current and future states).
• Propose and design process/technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (executives, IT teams, end-users).
• Support implementation including testing, validation, and training.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business alignment.
