Our Client based in the CBD of Cape Town is looking for an Admin Assistant on a contractual basis for 6 months.The ideal candidate would need to have work in this field with a minimum of 2 yrs experience.Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Assist with general admin duties such as typing, copying, compiling packs ect.
  • They will also assist with general packing of training and comms material.
  • Drafting word documents and excel sheets.
  • Data capturing
  • Assist with telephone calls to stakeholders (communication skills must be excellent)
Must have:
  • Matric, plus an office management related Higher Certificate or Diploma.
  • Must have at least 2 years solid office admin experience.
  • Must communicate well in all aspects, speech, telephone and writing
  • Must be familiar with basic Microsoft office package.
Must be based in Cape Town
