This is a high-impact role where you'll drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand visibility-locally and globally.You'll be the mastermind behind packaging our services and tech innovations into compelling solutions that meet market needs. This role is for someone who thrives on pushing boundaries, creating new opportunities, and leading with vision.What You'll Do
  • Market Growth & Expansion
o Identify and pursue new customer segments and international markets.o Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances.o Develop initiatives to grow our footprint in logistics and related industries.
  • Strategy & Execution
o Define and implement go-to-market strategies.o Shape pricing models that balance value and profitability.o Launch new product and solution offerings.
  • Brand & Visibility
o Position the company as a global thought leader.o Lead impactful marketing campaigns, events, and trade fair presence.o Secure press coverage, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition.
  • Market Intelligence & Data
o Translate industry and customer insights into strategy.o Use CRM and data analytics to sharpen campaigns and sales efforts.o Align closely with product development to ensure market-fit solutions.
  • Leadership & Team Growth
o Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing and sales teams.o Implement sales enablement tools and training programs.o Drive accountability through clear KPIs and performance metrics.What They're Looking For
  • Experience & Expertise
o 8-10 years in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.o Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.o Strong background in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data-driven strategies.o Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B industries is a strong advantage.
  • Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (essential).o Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Marketing specialization) is a plus.
