CENTURION BASED· Research, develop, and implement internal and external communications strategies to build brand awareness and increase visibility, ensuring alignment across all departments· Lead an integrated, efficient marketing team that provides advice, support, and contributes to the growth of all departments withing the group. Coordinating marketing projects.· Establish guidelines and manage content production aligned with campaign objectives.· Handle communications budget, agency negotiations, and contracts in compliance with South African guidelines.· Collaborate with the various departments for marketing communications relating to member activities, reward partners, newsletters etc.· Researching demand for products and services· Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.· Contribute to the production of PR and marketing materials.· Maintain existing and create new relationships with key contracts in (digital) media. Oversee and coordinate conferences, member events, major events etc.Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing· Bachelors degree in journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant fields.· 5+ years of experience in Content Production or Communications.· Solid accounting and taxation background· Experience in managing people and teams.· Knowledge of CRM software and CMS platforms.· Thorough understanding of sales funnels and content production best practices.Proven experience in B2B and B2C project management is a plus
