Job Summary Key responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor the project-specific Health, Safety and Environmental Plan. Ensure site compliance with OHS Act, construction regulations, and company HSE policies. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training. Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective measures. Job minimum requirements: SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or equivalent Health and Safety qualification Valid SACPCMP Registration as a CHSO (Construction Health and Safety Officer) - or in progress Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in a construction environment.
