- Manage the day-to-day delivery of learning journeys, coordinating logistics, schedules, participants, and facilitators across multiple formats
- Maintain clear, repeatable tools and handover-ready systems that enable others to step in seamlessly when needed
- Use company systems (e.g. Smartsheet, Salesforce, LMS) to track progress, manage updates, and ensure delivery consistency
- Develop and maintain detailed engagement plans for each learning journey, including timelines, communications, touchpoints, and support tools to drive participant experience
- Act as the main delivery contact for client stakeholders, leading discussions around programme logistics, timelines, and coordination
- Align with client stakeholders and internal teams on engagement strategy, ensuring communications and participant touchpoints are consistent, timely, and aligned with journey objectives
- Collaborate closely with company consultants, facilitators, and support teams (production, finance, logistics, digital)
- Communicate updates, risks, and changes clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Track and manage readiness of learning materials, ensuring correct versions are prepared and shared on time
- Liaise with consultants and production teams to align materials with delivery plans
- Track participant attendance, assignment completion, feedback, and assessments
- Prepare delivery reports and summaries for both internal and client use
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across all touchpoints
- Develop and embed templates, checklists, and delivery practices that promote consistent quality and alignment with the company way of working
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities across delivery; act as the point of escalation for operational challenges
- Make informed, delivery-related decisions independently and share lessons learned to improve future programmes
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture, supporting peers and sharing best practices
- Provide informal guidance to junior team members, with a path to grow into formal leadership
- Participate in retrospectives and help evolve the Enablement team’s operating model
- 5+ years’ experience in programme coordination, project operations, or delivery management
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Confidence working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and LMS platforms
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to think critically, escalate appropriately, and take initiative in solving delivery issues
- A collaborative working style and interest in supporting and developing others
