  • Leading end-to-end digital and cyber audit and advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery of quality reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Developing deep insights into risks, controls, regulations, and emerging technologies across the enterprise.
  • Identifying control gaps and driving process improvements.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on governance, risk, and cyber-related matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, including collaboration with second-line assurance and external audit teams.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing audit team through coaching, mentorship, and talent growth.
  • Managing budgets effectively while ensuring cost optimisation.
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:
  • Matric ( Grade 12)
  • A relevant degree in Audit / IT / Information Systems / Cybersecurity / Risk Management
  • (Postgraduate / professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, CA(SA)will be advantageous).
Experience:
  • 7–10 years’ experience in IT / Internal audit, with at least 3–5 years in digital and cyber audit at a managerial level.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing audit teams and delivering enterprise-level digital/cyber assurance.
  • Insurance / financial services industry exposure highly preferable.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Ability to influence and engage at executive level while driving value-add recommendations.
  • Solid knowledge of governance, risk, internal controls, and cyber risk regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading audit teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies
