Build and maintain weekly/monthly reports for Finance, Ops, and Franchisor
Analyze data to highlight trends and drive smarter decisions
Create and manage dashboards (Power BI, SQL, POS systems)
Translate business needs into clear, data-driven insights
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Support data-driven process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Provide training on new reports and dashboards
Handle large datasets with precision and efficiency

What Youll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years in data analysis/reporting (preferably in FMCG)
Strong skills in SQL, Excel (Advanced), Power BI
Experience with POS systems (GAAP, Firecell)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
