***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***We're looking for a dynamic New Car Sales Manager who's ready to take charge in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the dealership's new car department thrives, delivering outstanding results while keeping both customers and your team motivated and satisfied. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new car department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service standards. You'll lead and inspire a team of driven Sales Execs, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.From managing stock levels and sales processes to hitting sales targets, you'll be at the forefront of growing the dealership's success.Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
3 years of New Car Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealershipEnergetic, professional, and forward-thinking.Comfortable balancing sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.Tech-savvy and astuteA clear understanding of new car sales and new vehicle brand market trendsYou will need the following documents to apply.
