- Must have a valid first aid, ARH and PDP
- Minimum of 2 years guiding and previous guiding experience in a game reserve
- Must have previous management experience and management of a team
- Must have outstanding interaction, admin and communication skills
- Must be able to stay calm in stressful situations and work well under pressure
- Have the ability to overcome challenges and solve problems
- Must have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and in a team
- Must be commitment to the environment and making a positive contribution to wildlife conservation through detailed research and data collection
