They are looking for an Office Coordinator for their branch in Cape Town.JOB DESCRIPTION:MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer relations including complaints or queries
  • Maximizing office efficiency
  • Point of contact between various department and branches
  • Managing office inventory
  • Communicate and implement office policies
  • Assist in scheduling company activities
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • 2 - 3 Years experience in a similar role
  • Positive, go-getter personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure
  • Strong administration and co-ordination skills
