
Stores Administrator

- Control and distribution of tank materials and consumables.
- Management, issuance, and distribution of PPE stock nationally.
- Coordination and tracking of tool packs for national and international exports.
- Conduct internal inspections and track all tool packs and consumables.
- Receive, store, and dispatch site-specific materials via logistics partners.
- Oversee power tool usage, conduct minor internal repairs, and coordinate external servicing.
- Track ladders, perform condition inspections, and carry out minor maintenance.
- Manage generator asset tracking and coordinate both internal and external repairs nationally.
- High school diploma or equivalent (tertiary qualification in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain advantageous).
- Proven experience in stores, inventory management, or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Salary: negotiable.
