To succeed in this role, you should bring a tertiary qualification in HR, Payroll or Finance as well as excellent knowledge of Sage People 300. You should have 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Experience in a pack house or similar environment would be a big bonus!You will take charge of Payroll Administration and Management, including salary and wages processing. You will head up budgeting and benchmarking as well as the company benefit administration.
