Determine client’s requirements for new designs.
Determine client’s requirements for design improvements.
Identify and report on global and local market trends.
Use computer software to develop virtual models of different designs.
Assist team with creating physical prototypes of their designs.
Assisting with the roll out of new product and designs to the factory floor.
Setting up of display cabinets and display areas for customers to view new designs.
Examine materials and manufacturing requirements to determine production costs.
Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is Practical.

Present designs and demonstrate prototypes to clients for approval.
Ensure all designs meet requirements set out in Standards such as ISO 23953, ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
