The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits and vehicle.Job Description:As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will lead a team of service professionals and ensure that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Your main responsibilities will include:- Managing a team of service professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management- Developing and implementing service strategies to meet company goals and objectives- Monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of service requests- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients- Handling escalated service issues and resolving them in a timely manner- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall service delivery- Managing service budgets and expenses- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service managementQualifications:- Tertiary qualification advantageous or background in electrical and mechanical- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in a similar industry (Engineering / Construction)- Proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional service- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs- Knowledge of service management tools and techniques- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesIf you are a dynamic and experienced service professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
