- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate and oversee audits, tax filings, and other financial activities with external partners.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, including recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and investment opportunities.
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions to secure financing and manage debt obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Articles
- 5 years’ experience in financial management roles
- Thorough understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
