Youll partner with our Marketing Manager to make the brand sing across social, keep campaigns on track, and whip up visual magic in Canva. Youll help us connect with our audience, grow our community, and make sure every piece of content feels authentic.Duties:Campaigns & Projects:
  • Help plan, launch, and track multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events).
  • Keep marketing calendars updated and projects moving like clockwork.
  • Be the glue between sales, customer success, and design teams.
  • Manage supplier relationships and keep invoices in check.
Content Creation:
  • Create scroll-stopping social graphics, flyers, and email banners in Canva.
  • Draft and proof copy for blogs, newsletters, and posts (with a knack for tone).
  • Organise our photo & video treasure chest so its always ready for action.
  • Coordinate with creatives (designers, videographers, agencies) to hit deadlines.
Social Media & Community:
  • Own daily posting on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Schedule content like a pro using tools like Zoho Social or Hootsuite.
  • Jump into the comments & DMs to keep the conversation going.
  • Run interactive content - polls, Q&As, UGC campaigns - to boost engagement.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social trends.
Analytics:
  • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and traffic.
  • Maintain dashboards & pull reports that actually mean something.
  • Spot trends and suggest smart tweaks to improve results.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (Advantageous).
  • 23 years in a marketing/comms role (bonus if youve done B2C or worked in tech/renewables).
  • Hands-on social media experience (Proficient on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X)
  • Content wizard with an eye for scouting those "picture perfect" moments
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM best practice for content marketing
  • Intermediate design skills on platforms such as Canva, AI tools, Adobe Suite (bonus)
  • Videography and editing skills (bonus)
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and WordPress basics.
