- Sales Support & Order Management
- Capture and process sales orders accurately in the system.
- Delegate and assign orders to relevant departments for fulfilment.
- Coordinate with warehouse or production teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Courier and Delivery Coordination
- Book and schedule courier collections and deliveries.
- Liaise with courier companies for order tracking and resolve any delivery delays or issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot logistics problems via phone and email communication.
- Proof of Delivery & Invoice Administration
- Procure Proof of Deliveries (PODs) from courier companies and ensure they are accurately captured and filed.
- Collect and file invoices from retailers and buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized digital and/or physical records.
- Communication & Reporting
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when dealing with couriers, clients, and internal teams.
- Provide timely updates to sales and logistics teams regarding order statuses.
- Generate basic reports on order fulfilment and logistics metrics as needed.
- Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, sorting/filtering).
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure, especially with logistics-related issues.
- Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or logistics coordination role.
- Familiarity with courier booking platforms or logistics software.
- Understanding of supply chain or order fulfilment processes is an advantage.
- Office/warehouse-based with regular communication via phone and email.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak sales or delivery periods.
