- 3 years BSC/BA degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field
- 5-8 years proven experience as a Territory Sales Executive
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI's
- Hands on experience with CRM software and advance MS Excel
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation, consultative and customer service skills
- Develop effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective techniques
- Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals etc
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
