Freight Coordinator

• Control and Manage stock and EDI’s

• Daily planning and coordinating with pack houses

• Weekly planning of all packed and shipped volumes

• Manage all admin and system duties from Intakes to dispatches

• Manage all information flow on export system (Reports, Pivots and Vlookups)

• Sending loading notifications to cold stores and packing facilities

• Handle all arrangements with freight forwarder, cold stores, suppliers and clients

• Coordinate information with relevant parties (suppliers, receivers, transporters and shipping lines)

• Coordinate loading instructions

• Handle Bookings

• Notify all parties on loading notifications

• Assist trader and finance team (check and approve invoices)

• Allocate stock

• Matric with relevant tertiary education

• 3 years' experience in the Fruit Export environment

• System knowledge and experience of logistic export systems

• Strong Computer Skills (Excel advanced; MS office)

• Valid driver's licence
