- Relevant qualifications in insurance or risk management | e.g., higher certificate or diploma in short-term insurance
- Professional memberships or certifications from the Insurance Institute of South Africa, IISA beneficial
- Strong knowledge of Insurance Management Systems | Underwriting Platforms | Claims Management Software will be beneficial
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
