Join a manufacturing team as a Production Administrator in the Western Cape!In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, analysing, and reporting on production data to support operational efficiency. Key duties include compiling productivity reports, monitoring consumables, coordinating stores functions, assisting with stock take sheets, and conducting daily cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials. You will also provide administrative support to production and management teams during meetings, ensuring all capturing tasks are completed accurately and on time. Your expertise in Syspro, Excel, and strong production administration will be essential in maintaining a smooth workflow.To succeed in this role, you should have a Grade 12 / matric qualification and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production or factory environment, preferably in steel manufacturing or a similar industry. Syspro knowledge is highly advantageous, and strong Excel skills (Excel certification required) are essential.Strong communication and organisational skills will also be valuable, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
