R15 000 - R24 000RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Revenue Growth

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SLAs and technical services
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly SLA revenue targets
Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and growth opportunities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients
Conduct needs assessments and technical consultations to align services with client requirements
Serve as the primary contact for SLA clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention

Technical Services Responsibilities

Maintain in-depth knowledge of company technical offerings, including software certified support, managed services, cloud solutions, and infrastructure support
Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price complex service solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor services
Coordinate with the service delivery team for smooth SLA onboarding and execution.
Monitor service performance and manage resolution of client issue

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matriculation certificate is a must!
Tertiary qualification in IT, Business / Sales
3 years Technical Sales experience/ IT Service/ Software Industry
Proven track record of meeting /exceeding sales targets
Own Transport and Drivers' License is a must!
Familiarity with CRM Systems / Sales reporting tools
