- Be the lead designer, setting the standard for all website and design projects.
- Manage end-to-end website redesigns (primarily WordPress, sometimes Webflow).
- Deliver polished, high-performing web design solutions with best-practice UX/UI.
- Balance hands-on design work with guiding the project direction and supporting the team when needed.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-build handover.
- Design iteratively, with a solid grasp of typography, composition, hierarchy, and balance.
- Work within existing brand guidelines and elevate the overall look and feel where possible.
- Research visual inspiration and develop fresh visual concepts and directions.
- Take the lead in maintaining and raising the standard of internal brand visuals for our client.
- Review all brand design elements before they are finalized to ensure high quality.
- Collaborate directly with clients through workshops to define website and design project requirements and strategy.
- Work closely with the Project/Account Manager to ensure design projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and within agreed scope.
- Proactively identify and push back on scope creep to keep projects on track.
- Communicate clearly and positively, delighting clients and teammates as a collaborative partner.
- 5+ years experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles.
- Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture).
- Understanding of content marketing design principles.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize time for yourself and a team to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.
- Experienced in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines).
- A proactive "doer" focused on execution and genuinely creative with a wealth of ideas.
- ~48 hours/month
- Fully remote position with overlap during UK working hours.

- Starting salary: $600+ (flexible depending on experience and background)
- Opportunity to grow to full-time (36 hours/week), based on performance.
