Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading engineering consultancy on a high-impact energy storage project in South Africa. We're looking for a Quality Officer to join a groundbreaking Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) initiative as it enters the construction phase.This role offers the opportunity to be part of a national infrastructure development effort, working across three active project sites within close proximity to one another in the Northern Cape.Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site quality inspections and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015Support and monitor the implementation of QMS across all project phasesMaintain quality documentation and reporting systemsLiaise with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality objectives are metIdentify and assist in resolving non-conformancesMinimum Requirements:Degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldMinimum 5 years' on-site experience in the construction industryProven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standardsWillingness to work across multiple construction sitesValid driver's licensePreferred Background:Experience in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects, such as:Power stationsSolar farms or battery storage facilitiesMining or water utility infrastructure🚀 Ready for your next career-changing move?
