Stock controller / Kitchen Management position available with upmarket Restaurant in Alberton. Candidates with 5+ years stock control and kitchen management experience in a Restaurant will be considered. Person will be responsible for managing all stock and purchasing. Main duties will include food and liquor stock control as well as all stock related administration. Looking for a strong communicator and someone with exceptional organizing skills.
