Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, control, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance within the organization.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.Establish and monitor quality control processes to ensure product/service conformity, including inspection, testing, and validation procedures.Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards, conduct supplier audits, and resolve quality issues to maintain product/service quality throughout the supply chain.Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, address customer complaints, and implement corrective actions to improve overall customer experience.Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure adherence and competency.Ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, FDA) through regular audits and assessments.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to management for decision-making.Identify and mitigate quality-related risks to minimize the impact on product/service quality and customer satisfaction.Key Skills:In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Proven ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues effectively, using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards quality objectives.Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in quality documentation, reporting, and compliance.Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute quality improvement initiatives within established timelines and budgets.Up-to-date knowledge of relevant quality regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to the industry.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Experience in regulatory compliance and quality audits.Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
