This role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement. As a Senior CAD Operator, you will support clients in the civil engineering infrastructure design space, providing training, troubleshooting, and insights that shape the softwares future. You will play a vital role in enhancing user experience while contributing to the ongoing evolution of industry-leading tools.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to clients on Civil Designer and/or Civil 3D softwareDeliver client training sessions and classroom-based workshopsPresent software solutions to potential clients and assist with product demonstrationsSupport existing clients in licence renewals and usage optimisationGather and document industry requirements to guide future software developmentCreate video-based tutorials and screen captures to support learningTravel occasionally (up to one week per month) to provide client support and trainingAbout YouNational Diploma or equivalent qualification in civil engineering infrastructure design3 to 10 years experience in the civil infrastructure design sectorMinimum 3 years hands-on experience with Civil Designer and/or Civil 3DPreferably with hydraulic/reticulation design backgroundStrong proficiency in MS Office and web-based CRM toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishConfident presenter with ability to deliver classroom trainingStrong relationship-building skills with a client-focused approachCode 8 drivers licence with own transportVideo (screen capture) creation skills advantageous
