- Minimum 10 years’ experience in agricultural field
- Proven previous cropping experience (wheat & canola)
- Proven experience with cattle
- Experience with GPS, autosteer
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Good record keeping skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
